Residential sales in Gurugram up 14% in 2023; falls 7-8% each in Noida, Gr Noida: Anarock

Also, the Real estate advisory of Anarock’s data displayed that sales of housing segments in Gurugram rose 14 percent to 36,980 in 2023 from 32,624 units in the last year 2022.
Therefore, the housing sales in the city of Noida turned back to eight percent to 5,845 units from 6,369 units. Here, Greater Noida also observes a seven percent fall in sales to 10,190 units from 10,989 units. Ghaziabad has also seen the downturn moments of eight percent to 6,360 units from 6,870 units.
The overall residential sales in the parts of Faridabad, Delhi, and Bhiwadi fell to 6,780 units in 2023 from 6,879 units in the last year 2022.
The sum, the Delhi-NCR witnessed only a slight improvement in sales of three percent in residential sales to 65,612 units in 2023.
