Residential sales in Gurugram up 14% in 2023; falls 7-8% each in Noida, Gr Noida: Anarock

Delhi-NCR witnessed only a slight up-comes of the count of three percent in residential sales to 65,612 units at the time of 2023.

Residential sales in the city like Gurugram saw growth of 14 percent yearly in 2023 on huge demand, especially for premium apartments, but neither Noida nor Greater Noida observed only a 7-8 percent fall, as per Anarock’s record on the Delhi NCR sector.

Also, the Real estate advisory of Anarock’s data displayed that sales of housing segments in Gurugram rose 14 percent to 36,980 in 2023 from 32,624 units in the last year 2022.

Therefore, the housing sales in the city of  Noida turned back to eight percent to 5,845 units from 6,369 units. Here, Greater Noida also observes a seven percent fall in sales to 10,190 units from 10,989 units. Ghaziabad has also seen the downturn moments of eight percent to 6,360 units from 6,870 units.

The overall residential sales in the parts of Faridabad, Delhi, and Bhiwadi fell to 6,780 units in 2023 from 6,879 units in the last year 2022.

The sum, the Delhi-NCR witnessed only a slight improvement in sales of three percent in residential sales to 65,612 units in 2023.

Therefore, Anarock Group Regional Director & Head of Research Prashant Thakur added, “Aside from Gurugram, the sales over the segments has seen to be turned down  in other segments of NCR due to the lesser estimation of latest residential projects.” Realty companies Signature Global, TARC Ltd, and Elan Group impute the count increments in sales in part of Gurugram to healthy consumer view and the improvement over upgradation of multiple construction projects.
