Rs 1000 Cr in 2023-24 Budget for Land Acquisition for ‘New Noida’
On Monday, the authority of Noida mentioned a word that it has set aside Rs 1,000 crore for the accession of the plot for the area which might be specified as ‘New Noida’. Also, this authority also approved a foundation plan of Rs 500 crore for land acquisition in the extant Noida area, thereafter it too set aside Rs 1,916 crore for land and construction processing work, in a statement he added.
They declared the scheme after the 209th Board conference meeting of the Noida Authority which takes place in the current place of UP Manoj Kumar Singh the Industrial and Infrastructure Development Commissioner.
The approval of Noida Authority Board was agreed with a total budget of Rs 6,930 crore for the year 2023-24 at the time of the conference meeting with officials, also addressed by Authority CEO Ritu Maheshwari at the same.
“The aim to reach Rs 8,980 crore in the total revenue and Rs 6,723 crore in outlay has been placed by the Noida Authority Board for the economy of the financial year of 2023-24,” mentioned by the Authority.
In the status of the financial year 2022-23, the Noida authority’s main aim to achieve was Rs 4,980 crore and an outlay target of Rs 4,681 crore (118 percent greater than the focused point) was reached,” said in the statement. Therefore, it was also noted by the board that in the previous year financial, as the dual side of income and spending of the economy in Noida was much high than the focused point.
“The actual logic for greater receipts this date is the offer of the industrial and residential area towards the e-auction functioning,” the authority statement.
A complete provision of Rs 520 crore has reached and made the Authority for land accession in the Noida plot and Rs 1,000 crore for land acquisition in the location of New Noida.
